Room with a View - Green Point

Veldig bra beliggenhet, enkel og fin leilighet.

Lamper ved seng er kun til bilder, men de funker ikke, da det ikke er noen stikkontakt ved senga. Dette gjør det også vanskelig å lade telefonen når man ligger i senga. Skulle gjerne også ha gitter utenfor døren slik det er på alle andre leiligheter i bygget. Dette er tross alt Sør-Afrika.

I loved the location, it was within walking distance to the V&A waterfront, but it was also within walking distance of everything I needed, including a supermarket.

Could be a little noisy, but there was construction next door which is not something they could have done anything about. This was only during the day, so it was not even an issue

Helpful staff with good communications with key collection. Excellent location. Walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants, bus stop, and V and A. Quiet location, no noise. Secure gated entrance. Lovely distance sea view. Good wifi.

The studio is in poor condition with maintenance issues and poor layout. The bathroom needs a refit. The tap comes out too far, which makes washing difficult. The mirror is too high. It's only useful if you are over 6 feet tall. There is no light in the bathroom. Unable to lift the blinds to access the door as they are broken. No sockets by the bed. The fan provided is very loud. A smaller one with an extension lead would be more useful. The front lock is very difficult to lock and unlock. There is baggage storage, but it should be noted that it is located in Woodstock, which is an hours walk away.

I liked the fact that the property was soo central, close to both V&A mall and the CBD. The place is super safe considering i was a solo traveller. I liked the lift as well, I didn’t have to carry my suitcase up the stairs. The view from my room was TOP NOTCH, from the good lighting to it giving off Miami vibes haha.

The location is excellent! Can walk to the waterfront, shops, restaurants, the city and the promenade easily and safely. Safe beautiful area. Self check in and out was easy.

The apartment is very small, with very old furniture which definitely needs a change. We were only provided 2 towels for a 1 week stay. When I messaged the property managers they said they'd drop more off but never did. Kitchen not really functional. Microwave works and kettle. The bathroom is also old and quite exposed to the bedroom. It's good for very short stays only.
