Very large and comfortable flat, furnished to a high specification and very centrally located.

It would be helpful if keys did not have to be picked up from a different location as this is not easy when you are say in a taxi with luggage.

it was surprisingly spacious, cleaned and well stocked with linens, cleaning supplies and kitchen utensils! it was also just 3 minutes walk from the tram and bus stop! it was about 20 minutes walk to the city centre!

Great location. Lots of space. Easy connection to tram routes - number 2 goes to the centre of Helsinki. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Helpful hosts/property managers. Good midday check out time. Would recommend it to others.

Three people and one key at collection. Rectified later by calling in at the managerial office to collect another, where staff were very helpful. We were not a family and were doing different things and needed access at differing times. Recommend at least 2 keys offered in future. Offer a more extended guidance folder for putting out rubbish and so on. Likely sparse due to it being a new property on the rental list, as I think we were the first visitors.
