A-Te Chumphon Hotel - SHA Plus

It was a handy stop for the night before catching the ferry to Koh Tao. 7/11 just around the corner, a short walk to the street food market. The hotel was ok, clean and comfortable enough for 1 night. We didn't have breakfast as we had to leave early. I probably wouldn't stay here for more than one night,

There wasn't anything I particularly disliked. It was clean and comfortable for a night's stay. It was slightly dated, could do with updating and the Aircon was very noisy - but it worked

Sehr Gutes Restaurant

Ein mittelgrosses Zimmer mit einer schönen Dusche. Sehr freundliches Personal, welches uns das Busticket zum Pier verkaufte. Vielfältiges Frühstück und ein schöner beinahe ungenutzter Pool

In Chumphon gibt es nichts zu sehen. Die Strände sind mit ÖV kaum errichbar. Es gibt im Ort keine Tuk Tuk und wenige Taxis. Auch gute Restaurants für das Abendessen sind sehr selten.

I visited this hotel 6+ years ago and found the staff rude. I just went back as part of a motorbike road trip and it's MUCH better. All the staff were very polite and helpful. So finally they get a good review from me.
