Good one night stay

Sehr freundliches Personal ( können die von Kirimaya Resort in Kurs gehen wie man es machen sollte) Sehr gutes und schönes Frühstück Sehr netter Frühstücksraum

Das Personal war überaus herzlich, wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt und konnten wirklich sehr gut relaxen. Vielen herzlichen Dank dafür! Die Möbel waren leicht abgenutzt, aber das Zimmer war schön, sauber und bequem und mit allen üblichen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war grandios, wir mochten insbesondere den Kaffe, die Thai Desserts und die lokalen Spezialitäten :)

Nichts

We booked the presidential suite which was spacious and well equipped. We enjoyed the jacuzzi, big TV, bathrobes, nice towels, air conditioning and the swimming pool.

Around the communal areas the hotel looked a little bit dated. Although as we stepped in to our suite, all was well. The drinking water was warm when we checked in at the hotel although we had a refreshing cold welcome drink. After a long day travel we were looking to have nice cold drinking water in the room. The water was displayed at the top of the counter. We had some tea and coffee with no milk. So when we requested it, they got us a very small portion which was enough for 2 person the most but we were 3 adults so one of us had to have an alternative option. Even though they knew we are British the welcome was nice and warm, I would have expected a slightly more personalised welcome. So when I have asked in the evening they told me to go and buy milk from the 7 eleven next door which I did find shocking. Overall it was ok, nothing to what a presidential suite service and level at this stage from my experience. Including pick ups and dropped off from public transport was not arranged even though I have requested on the booking messages. At the check out when I requested a drop off they stated no it’s too far for the hotel courtesy car to drop us off so they booked us a public transportation with a tuc tuc. I can honestly say the driver was lovely and took us to the station.
