ITNice flat, the complex is guarded and with nice pools. Gym is like non existant too small and with little to no equipment. The position is central with Cebu but the individual apartmenet is the farthest one from the entrance. If you plan on using move it or maxime then no prob, otherwise not much in walking distance.
Check in was a problem. The code given for the door was wrong, the wifi needed to be restarted so I spent quite a bit on the door trying to contact the owner to reset it. Luckily the security guys were super sweet to help me out. The lack of cooking gear can hurt a long term stay.
JPThis room is very clean. Owner reply to messages farst. The comdo has a big pool, I loved it. There is a small shop at the front entrance. I was able to buy water and beer. Sometimes i bought bananas.
This room is very far from condo's entrance. Don't get out of the taxi at the entrance!! There are many small ants. You need bugs splay!!! This room hasn't a heir dryer and electric pot,water server. You need to buy shampoo and toilet paper. This is a wonderful room and you won't regret staying there.
PHGBThe guards and staff were friendly and so we're the neighbours 10 minute walk to the supermarket and and a local shop"Irish store" outside the entrance who are respectful and enjoy a bit of banter would definitely return to one oasis again
Only thing that was annoying was the occasional pharaoh ant coming into the property and the room was a little smaller than expected but apart from that it's was a perfect stay
