Cosy 1 Bedroom in the West End

The bed was very comfortable and it was nice and quiet. We were in a good location as the tram stop was just round the corner as we came from the airport

It is in need of some mantainance, the freezer compartment was completely frozen up, there's mould on the ceiling in the bathroom which regular wipe over or paint would get rid of, and the kick boards in the kitchen were loose and kept falling off. The cleaning was OK but you could see where it hadn't been dusted as the unit in the sitting room was quite thick. A tea towel for the kitchen would have been nice and maybe hand wash in the bathroom. We flew up, so these were items we wouldn't be packing. We didn't cook there but from my experience as a holiday let cleaner, check the coffee and sugar, as the coffee was rather dried and stuck together and lumps in the sugar

The bed was quite small, the apartment as a whole was a bit small for three people

This is a lovely flat but its found on a back street lane which detracts from the quality of the flat

Lovely property and good location. Had everything we needed, comfortable bed and good sofa bed. X box was really good addition.

Location and quietness of the street. Most necessary household items were there.

Heating erratic, as was hot water supply. No chopping board. No cork screw. Lighting poor.
