"Run don’t walk away from this property."

They kept us waiting for an hour and 25 minutes in the lobby. After the room was Reddy in order to verify IDs and make us take a selfie. There is no staff on site. They’re very slow to respond to messages. Just a warning. They collect all biometric data, they do not disclose this before you book.

If you ever wonder why a property has a 7 Star rating, this is one of the worst check-in I’ve ever had after staying and 70+ countries. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

La ubicación es excelente, el método de acesso muy autónomo, instalaciones cómodas con servicios completos, trato cordial, solo agregaría que dejaran algo de endulzante para complementar las cortesías para preparar infusiones. Precio acorde a la zona.

Siento que sus sistema de reservación no es muy ágil si buscas algo rápido de última hora, yo estaba a punto de entrar a cirugía, me dijeron que tenía que quedarme así que con prisa reservé por primera vez mediante booking, todo bien, y de repente vi que por parte del alojamiento tenía que registrarme en una pagina externa, dar datos de ID y método de pago para completar la solicitud, lo que fue algo estresante 😅.

Modern design, great lighting, clean and modern bathroom, comfortable bed! There was a lot of space. No smells, just clean everywhere!
