Avery's Place at SMDC RED RES.

We found it very misleading that they classified this accommodation as an entire Apartment, when in reality the size what basically a tiny storage room type, secondly, our sleep was 100% a nighmare, the bed was absolutely horrible & uncomfortable, it would be wise for the owners to invest in a proper quality mattress that won't give guests back pain like we endured, furthermore, on our second night, the drain areas next to the toilet & inside the bathroom had exploded with feces everywhere that ultimately left the entire room smelling like deplorable sh*t (literally), which is highly unacceptable, we requested a partial refund & we hope the owners do the right thing by refunding our money back, not worth it & would NOT reccommend booking this place, BEWARE: they charge 150 peso per day per person on regular days & 300 peso per day per person to access the pool, totally ridiculous, I would rate this a 1 out of 10, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!.

It smelled so nice upon entering. So relaxing!

Maybe just the pillows that are too soft and don't hold the head anymore.

It's clean and cosy, and Val is a superb host.

They have provided a normal plastic slipper but I wish there were a disposable slipper though not necessary.
