"Frustrating waste of money"

The condo was clean and the unit owner’s property manager was great and responsive to needs. The cafe in the building was convenient and employees friendly.

I have never written a bad review before but felt compelled to warn others. While the condo unit was fine, the complex itself is an administrative nightmare. the check in and especially the parking pass process is like getting your licenses renewed at the DMV. It requires cash and long lines. The Tides is an older property and feels like a prison. While I appreciate the security measures, I can’t see people jumping fences to get in there. The condo unit was nice but on “bayside” which is just a loud street with non stop car honking.
