Bed is really comfy, kitchen, dinning room and balcony were nice

The house was under renovations and there were trucks and building supplies everywhere. We had to call someone to move the fence and free our way to the entry. Overall not a nice look for the place you pay to enjoy. There was no warm water even after letting cold water pour for few minutes. We hat to shower with ice cold water. WC smelled really bad so we had to keep our widow open so it was really cold. Half of the lights in bedroom are not working. Room for 4 is enough for 2 which was ok for us but I cannot see 4 people comfortably spending their visit there. There was no place on the balcony to put our wet clothes.
