USThe location is great, it has plenty of space for multiple guests (though I was traveling solo), and check-in is easy.
Unfortunately didn’t have a great experience here. When I arrived, the flat smelled musty and earthy, as if there was mold growing somewhere. I didn’t see any, so I messaged the host about it. They said they’d come by to check on it the next day. When they did come the next afternoon, they brought air fresheners and said someone would come inspect the unit for the cause of the smell the following week (two days later). This was pretty disappointing given that I was spending almost a week here and most of it was with an off smell. It’s also worth noting that while the kitchen is equipped with most things you need, it doesn’t have a can opener, so cooking will be limited unless you bring one. And lastly, the main bed has a lot of broken springs. It squeaks loudly as well.

IEIt was a two bedroom house with all normal facilities you would expect. It was very clean and it had easy access to the city centre and to shops on the Ormeau Road. It was ideal as we were visiting family who live off Ormeau Road. We arrived earlier than 3pm checking in and the host had no problem with that and didn't charge us for it. Definitely stay here again.
