Great location near family

Very minor. The kitchen table is big and round. Would be better square with chairs that can go underneath.

Everything, I could not fault the mini house or the area. It's an amazing base for if you want to explore Cornwall. The site has a cafe, restaurant, swimming pools, activities, leisure centre, the list goes on. The venue was clean and tidy. The pictures honestly don't do this house justice. It's so much bigger in person! The rooms are HUGE, everything you need is there, it's like being in your own home! You can tell it's a very loved home/holiday stay. The only thing I would say is parking can be a bit sparce, we were lucky with going out of season, but theres plenty of parking just might have to park away from the house at times if busy and walk a bit. Donna was amazing with communication and made sure we knew everything we needed to know before even arriving! I highly recommend, and im sure we will re-book at some point in the future. Thank you!

Beautiful place lovely and clean! The location is perfect lots to do on site but close to other places around Cornwall. Would definitely come again . Perfect experience and great for families with children

Springer Villa offered great facilities and it was a perfect place to retreat to after a long day.

Parking was sometimes an issue, as not enough parking during the sites busy periods. Also, due to being privately owned, we were unable to use the facilities of the site. Swimming, gym etc.

Very home like feeling. Very clean. Friendly hosts. Good communication. Thank you ☺️
