B18 - Village Street Apartment

Fantástica ubicación, cerca de todos los restaurantes, tiendas y servicios del centro. Amplio apartamento y bien equipado, con cocina completo, balcón y patio interior privado.

Si llegas más tarde de las 19h para hacer el check-in, te cobran 20 euros extra por recoger las llaves en su oficina.

The little bathroom was really nice and comfy!

When we entered, the apartment was dirty all around, with 6+ dead mosquitoes laying on the ground, and hand prints on the walls, the bed sheets were stained. There was also expired food (moldy) in the fridge and in the cupboard (which we had to take care of). Other than that, we had some issues trying to cook since there were only two pots and one pan to cook and we were only four people. The door in the kitchen which lead to the backyard was damaged and it couldnt be closed so we were exposed at all times to burglars. The oven didn't work at all (and because of it we had to throw away lots and lots of groceries, because in the booking advertisment it was written that there was a fully functional kitchen...something we didnt find in real life). We complained about it the very first day. Dreamalgarve called a technician who didnt fix anything and then they told us to wait a few days and even after 3 days we heard nothing from them. When we came the last day to their office to figure what to do the employee told us that the manager was not there and we should have sent a text on booking.com which they didn't reply to. After three working days waiting for a response from them, here we are :) .

El proceso de checkin es ridículo, hice fila 20 mins en una inmobiliaria para recoger la llave.
