The owners/managers were very quick to reply and very helpful with parking info and a late checkout.

Apartment was in need of renovation - old and not always clean in places and leaking damp patches on ceiling and other wall spaces. No soap in bathroom No fan in bathroom which i’m not even sure is legal these days? Shower had mould and damaged casing at bottom No towel for using on the floor There needs to be some forewarning of street noise as it was incredibly noisy so we didn’t sleep Hot night so we had to have Windows open but still very hot and noisy - most places provide at least one fan for those circumstances WiFi code in included somewhere like the instructions folder would be good Tv not possible to watch from bed or sofa unless move the sofa Sofa very uncomfortable Shutters have gaps so light comes in Quilt cover totally creased and not ironed - just not that nice and never happens in places you stay Bathroom tap stiff to work then splashes everywhere No hairdryer just empty box No chopping boards etc in kitchen so basic kitchen needs to be emphasised in description.

There are cameras in common areas. It was close to the city center

I am a regular booking guest and I have never been asked so many requirements for a vacation stay, the owner asking absurd questions before confirming my stay. The kitchen floor was too dirty, the bathroom towel was dirty, many cobwebs and the shower was very dirty

Location is great. Parking appreciated.

Net curtains really dirty and windows need cleaning. Short of some cutlery. Pans not great.

Location was good. Host was very pleasant.

Bed was very low and unconfutable, sofa was unconfutable, the shower was very small & the toilet ran all the time, wasting water, cleaning not to a good standard.
