Szép környék, csodás kilátás.

Fedetlen terasz (esőben nem tudtunk kiülni), mellettünk zúgó pince szellőztető berendezés.

Gyönyörű környezetben, szép szoba. Csend és nyugalom. A Somló felfelfedezéséhez kiváló bázis.

Túlzott személytelenség. A képeken látható közös helyiség zárva volt, nem is találkoztunk olyan munkatárssal, aki bármiről is információt adott volna. Pedig akár érdekelt volna a hely, illetve akár a saját boraik, stb. Elképzelhető, hogy ez a diszkréció valakinek előnyös, de nekem már túl minimalista volt.

The place was great, it was exactly as it was in the pictures, we went there to relax and it gave us exactly that. It was nice and quiet, the jacuzzi was nice and warm, we basically had it to ourselves. The lady at the reception was very kind and thoughtful. The entire city has the kindest, warmest people, it felt so good to have people willing to help when we were stranded and couldn't find the host. The city is so nice and so quiet, just the peace we hoped for, the quietness away from the busy city life.

The host ignored texts/calls when we needed help. The massage we booked was cancelled without us being informed (only after asking), the breakfast did not meet our expectations as we were not asked about our diets/religious restrictions.I found it rude that the next message I received was about checking out after I sent multiple messages about being lost and asked for help, all the texts were ignored, it felt like the host couldn't wait to get us out of there. We had to figure out the 'closing'/turning off of the wellness as no one was there to turn it off, the host also ignored our question regarding this.The information on the booking site did not indicate the extra payments for the wellness centre, which was a bummer, but it was affordable, the only issue was being told to leave cash (which we didn't have), we had to keep coming with alternatives but we still haven't been successful with the post payment (still pending). We would've avoided a lot of things if we had a car honestly, but we would've missed out on experiencing people there.

We were staying here for the second time and as always it was what you need. Silence, warmth, fully equipped kitchen, where you can make food, amazing views of vineyards.

There is no possibility to do wine tasting, which is a pitty.

Beautiful place, everything is there, warm, comfortable, clean, modern. You can buy their wines there if you are lucky.

Even though it is written that the wine cellar is open, it was not possible to arrange the tasting. Reception didn’t work, maybe because it is November, wine bar also closed.

The place is amazing and that's all.

Service

Location is amazing, in the middle of vineyards, on the side of the hill with an amazing view. It’s like a Hungarian Tuscany. It’s great that the property has a small spa area, although it was closed when we were there. But you can order a massage, as well as breakfast to be brought in the morning and that really adds to the experience.

Booking seemed to be a bit complicated, I was receiving double messages from the managers and booking site.
