Cozy 3 story house in Old Town

Unable to stay as no response from owner X2 when contacted regarding access details or codes on day of expected stay.. No communication from owner prior to planned dates. Fortunately found alternative accommodation in time. Booking.com very helpful and supportive with issue.

After multiple emails over months being sent to them and not responding to me, booking.com spoke to them and assured me they would give me check in details the morning of my stay. No details came through and couldn’t get in contact with them. Had to sort alternate accommodation out the night I arrived

They cancelled accomodation for 6 people 30mins before check in.

Nastanitev ni bila na voljo in smo morali poiskati drug apartma.

Ciężko opisać co mi się podobało..właściciel wystawił mnie do wiatru i w dniu w którym przybyliśmy zastaliśmy zamknięte drzwi. Telefon nie odpowiadał, byłem z dużą grupą w święta i w tym były również dzieci. Nie zrobiło to wrażenia na gospodarzu, mało tego, później próbowałem się skontaktować z gospodarzem bo nie chciałem wystawić złej opinii, pomyślałem że może coś się stało...gospodarz nie chciał konfrontacji, nic nie odpowiedział. Na szczęście pomógł nam booking.com, serdecznie nie polecam tego apartamentu, uważać!

Great location right in the centre of old town. Really close to 3 different supermarkets so easy to get supplies for breakfast and dinner. Staircase down to lower bed level was steep but solidly built and felt sturdy. The Sauna was downstairs also and we used it a few times during our Xmas stay. Kitchen was good for light cooking duties. Lounge was comfy and the apartment itself was warm and comfortable

the upstairs mezzanine had staggered steps and no railing so OK for 2 members of our group who were young adults but older or younger people may have had issues. Coffee machine struggled to work well and the group handle had been repaired badly. We ended up going out for coffee. Lack of powerpoints downstairs. We had to disconnect a bedside lamp to plug in our phone charger.
