The hotel is very acceptable location for bike week. it was clean, neat and had parking right in front. It is a great place to stay.

The owner overbooked my room and left me in the cold for the first night of my paid stay. She informed me of her situation only hours before I arrived at her hotel and directed me to some other hotel which was three miles away from the hotel I booked. I requested half of my fee but she has ignored my request. I spent the whole first day of my weekend trying to figure out where I could stay other than the less than desirable hotel that the Studio 1 owner sent me to. It was a really disappointing weekend.

The hotel room was clean and the property host was very nice. She is renovating and our bathroom door wouldn’t close but all in all a decent room for the price.

Our stay was great! Room was clean and comfortable. Donna was wonderful! It was a welcoming feeling after staying at two different locations of a brand name hotel while traveling to Daytona that were completely disgusting.

Provide better beach access

Great location, 1st floor with ocean view, great manager (Donna), strong hot shower, front and back porch, parking space in front of building

room and building needs TLC, somewhat dated appliances, room and building a little worn out

The staff manager was kind and attentive. Very professional and did a great job at keeping the unit clean. Thank you!
