Huge 2BR Condo in IT Park Cebu

1. 입실에서부터 어려웠음.( 체크인 시 배정된 룸넘버를 알았어야 했으나 호스트에게 사전에 안내 받지 못했음.) 안내데스크에서 나의 정보가 있지 않았으며 호스트와 통화하여 룸넘버 확인 후 체크인 할 수 있었음(1시간 소비) 여기까지는 호스트와 통화가 되었음. 2. 객실상태는 사진보다 많이 노후 됐으며 관리가 전혀 되지 않고 있다고 느껴짐.(거미줄, 곰팡이 등등) 3. 와이파이 불량으로 호스트와 연결을 시도하였으나(전화 10회이상, 문자메세지 10회이상) 연결 및 답장도 받지 못함. 4. 와이파이 공유기에 써있는 비밀번호가 맞지않음, 대문자 비밀번호를 소문자로 적어놈. 오랜시간이 걸려 비밀번호를 찾았냈다. 하지만 어떠한 사유인지 연결이 되지 않았다.( 아래 첨부사진 중 와이파이 첫번째 알파벳이 뭐일까요? [ c, C, E,e ] 4가지 알파벳 중에 답이 있음. 5. 총 5시간 이상 시간을 소비하여 스스로 알아낸 상황은 호스트측에서 와이파이 요금을 내지 않아 차단된 상황 이였음. 와이파이를 사용하고 싶으면 내가 결제를 해야되는 상황이였음. 6. 현재까지도 호스트는 우리가 겪은 상황에 대한 문자메세지 답장조차 하지 않고 있음. 거의 사기에 가까운 형태임.

Maybe the location. But the property I will not recommend it, we couldn’t stay even for one night.

Everything the place it been neglected for months or years I don’t know how long because when we enter the property it’s very dark, full of dust, stain in the kitchen and cockroaches everywhere.

There were cockroaches and ants in the kitchen area. Utensils not clean. Refrigerator not cold and microwave not working well. No extra plastic bags for the trash.

it could been better if you provide enough toiletries for all of us we are 9 adults and 1 children .but there are only 2set of toiletries and 6 towels faucet at the bathroom is not workable need to fix

the light on the dinner is not fix since the last time and when it’s raining or windy the window will open and water will come out
