Fantastic staff, beautiful Riad, very close to main square. Certainly a culture shock but felt very safe. Beautiful breakfast and amazing refreshing drink the lady made us.

Maybe the pool could be bigger.

Es un oasis de calma. Súper tranquilo, bien cuidado y muy limpio. El personal es súper amable y dispuestos a ayudarte en todo siempre. Se agradece muchísimo que la piscina esté en la azotea y tenga zona de tumbonas. El desayuno excepcional. No se escucha nada de ruido. Tienen servicio de transporte que se agradece muchísimo. También hay Hammam, aunque no lo probamos. Muy recomendable. Nos dieron un té y unas pastas de bienvenida que estaban deliciosas.

Por decir algo: éramos 3 y la cama supletoria era muy pequeña (aunque súper cómoda igualmente). Faltaría mejor iluminación en el baño en la zona del espejo, y un espejo más fuera del baño, en la habitación.

Lage, Freundlichkeit Personal, Ambiente, Größe des Zimmers (2 Räume)

Einmal die Betten nicht gemacht wegen Missverständnis - kann passieren, aber dann war leider kein Personal mehr da ,dass das Zimmer machen konnte :-(

"Központi helyen, szuper árban, nagyon kedves személyzettel rendelkező hangulatos szálláshely"

Nagyon segítőkész és kedves a személyzet, sehol máshol nem tapasztaltunk még hasonlót. Hafida és Yassin figyelmessége, segítőkészsége kiemelkedő volt. Nagyon finom volt a reggeli is a tetoteraszon és welcome menta tea is. Hangulatos a közös helyiség.

A szobák kisebbek mint a kep alapján hittük.

"Simples e muito acolhedor"

O alojamento estava muito limpo e o staff sempre muito simpático. O quarto era simples mas super funcional e limpo. A localização era óptima, recatado e silencioso mas a 10min a pé da praça.

O pequeno almoço era bom mas podia ter mais opções.

The staff were amazing and very helpful, especially Yasin. He was very accommodating and helpful when asked about directions to the souks and types of activities to do around Marrakech
