Location, apartment is completely new in a fully refurbished old building brought to new life. Exceptional architecture. Very nice and helpful host. We loved that place and will definitely come back as soon as we are in this region. Parking was also very nice, even our bus with 2.2m height fitted through the gate what is really not often the case in Italy. Apartment was also very clean!!
Can’t thing of anything, a possibility for ordering breakfast or a little bit more kitchen equipment (like dishwasher, toaster, pan, etc.) would be nice for a stay of few days. Maybe the host can add this in future, but otherwise there are really no downsides.
