The apartment is generally comfortable, but it would benefit from a few improvements. There should be more mugs, glasses, cutlery, and other basic kitchen items, as the current amount is not sufficient for everyday use. Additionally, some of the equipment requires small repairs, which would make the place more convenient and pleasant to use.

"Disappointing"

We booked this property at short notice at 3:30pm, requesting a check-in at 5:00pm. Our booking was accepted, but the experience from that point was extremely poor. Despite me explicitly requesting deposit payment details straight away, I did not receive them until 4:40pm. I paid immediately, yet only after payment was confirmed did they attempt to schedule a check-in, which was far too late given that we had already booked and communicated our arrival time. My colleagues were left waiting outside the property with no access, and only at 5:30pm were they informed by a third person (not either of the two earlier contacts) that the earliest possible check-in would be 7:00pm, a full two hours after the requested time. This was after I had been chasing them continuously for updates. Their responses came slowly and without any urgency, despite the fact that my colleagues were clearly stuck outside the property. There was no empathy, no accountability, and no attempt to resolve the situation professionally. The whole process felt disorganised, with three different people involved, each giving conflicting or delayed information. On top of that, the internet did not work for the duration of our stay, and the £200 deposit was not returned automatically as promised. I had to chase them a week later to get it refunded, at which point they had not even initiated. Overall, this was one of the most frustrating booking experiences I’ve had. The lack of organisation, professionalism, and consideration for guests’ time is unacceptable.

loved the apartment, host was great easy to collect keys. only problem was the birds mess on the balcony but I was pre warned there's an issue with the pigeons.

just the balcony needs a good clean and maybe some netting to clear the pigeon issue
