What a wonderful retreat, outstanding location & hosts.

The setting is beautiful and so peaceful. The accommodation had everything we needed for our stay and It was so clean. The host came and introduced herself and was so friendly and asked if there was anything else we needed.

Very quiet location apart from RAF aircraft flying overhead which didn't bother us at all. Property was situated just outside Carterton. Good base for our visits to Witney, Bampton and Burford. It was clean, comfortable especially the beds. Milk left in fridge which was great for a cuppa on arrival.

A sign just off the road with arrow perhaps to show destination as not easy to locate, could miss it quite easily.

The welcome was great, The barn was clean, well appointed with everything we would need and was very comfortable. The location was close to Carterton for shopping etc. We all enjoyed the location, patio, the accommodation and our hosts Nick and Jean. I foolishly left my jacket there which Jean said she would post. We will book again the next time we are in need of excellent accommodation in their area.

The front of the house is a wheat field, which is a very special experience to stay. The kitchen is not large, but it is sufficient for use. The landlord also replies in a timely manner.
