Great location, close to shops and the main strip. Apartment had everything you could possibly need. The bottle of wine was a nice touch. Bed was more than comfortable.

"Ideal, céntrico y con terraza"

Alojamiento muy bien equipado y cómodo, con una terraza estupenda. Utensilios cocina, aceite, sal, jabón platos, secador pelo, toallas playa, cana cómoda, wifi... Ubicación perfecta y céntrica (calle secundaria a la calle principal de bares y tiendas), con la tranquilidad que necesitas. En la misma calle tienes supermercado. En el centro de la Isla para poder visitar tanto norte como sur sin grandes desplazamientos. Fácil check in con Franco. Muchas gracias.

Por poner algo, no tiene ascensor (para personas con movilidad limitada, seria un inconveniente). No parking, per encuentras fácilmente en la misma calle o alrededores.

Casa molto bella e ben tenuta. Il proprietario è stato super gentile e disponibile, ci ha fatto trovare anche una bottiglia di vino! Se dovessi tornare a lanzarote prenoterei di nuovo lì sicuramente.

Location was fab

My only comment would be change the bed. The foam topper slips a lot. Id personally put two singles in and ditch the double bed 😆 nothing else could be faulted

"Super consigliata"

La casa è molto carina e accogliente, con un bel balcone che si affaccia sul giardino. La struttura è sicura, accessibile solo tramite cancello esterno. All’interno è ben fornita, c’è praticamente tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. La posizione è comodissima: ci sono due supermercati proprio di fronte e il parcheggio è disponibile proprio sotto casa. La zona, pur essendo in centro, è tranquilla e la spiaggia è a 50 metri da casa, Un ringraziamento speciale al nostro host, Franco, che è stato super disponibile e gentilissimo. Consigliatissimo!

Close to strip without being too noisy, only heard music from Serenity when sat on balcony. The best shower we’ve had from a rental. Communication with Franco was amazing and helpful. I will return
