房间很干净，没有味道，洗浴房非常不错，设施齐全，有浴缸，还有可更换的浴巾毛巾，wifi速度也很快

Close to ski slope. Ski in ski out.

Very small rooms. Very uncomfortable, hard beds. Remote as far from restaurants and hotel shuttle often fully booked. Not good value for money.

Nice hotel, perfect employees.

It was next to the ski lift. The staff could speak fair english. There was a big space for skis and storage in the basement.

The price was extremely high compared to the value. Rooms were tiny, dated with poor ventilation and antiquated heating elements. The beds were rock hard with springs piercing my back. The shared facilities were messy and smelly. The hotel is far from the city and the shuttle offer was inadequate (could have run it more frequently).

Two things define this hotel: exceptional service and outstanding food. The staff provide thoughtful, personal care, and the meals are truly excellent—exactly what we needed after long, full days of snowboarding. The ski-in, ski-out access makes everything effortless and elevates the entire experience.
