"Free parking does not exist"

Value for money

Tried to reach the host for several times during our stay but to no avail. We chose this property for free parking but there was no parking provided. We ended up paying 3 parking fines in just four days.

Nice interior and quiet apartment in a central location.

There was a lack of communication from the host when we needed assistance with car parking during check-in and check-out, which caused us a lot of stress. The instructions we received about accessing the parking area were unclear and ultimately didn't allow us to park. Fortunately, the neighbors helped us by opening the gate. Additionally, we were misinformed about parking availability within the gated area and were surprised to find a note from other neighbors asking us not to park in their space. The hallways and stairwells were very dirty, filled with dust, spiders, and cobwebs. Despite the quiet surroundings, we didn't feel secure at the beginning of our stay because of the condition of the common areas. It was very frustrating that the host avoided communication when we needed help with the car parking and that the "tool" we received for access to "free parking" did not work.
