Chờ thang máy lâu là 1 trải nghiệm không tốt, cả cụm gần 10 tầng mà chỉ có 1 thang máy hoạt động. Bên phía BQL chung cư cần có điều chỉnh về việc này.

There is a staff who fetched us from the lobby and guided us to get in the apartment. and they (staff and owner) are very responsive in zalo communications with is a very important one because it means that they take care of their guests. Great because they can accept card and cash. Very good place as well, very spacious and good view!! I love it!

It was located near the beach and big supermarket.

There was a CCTV camera in the kitchen of this apartment, it means that someone could spy on guests. This CCTV camera was not mentioned in the description of the apartment. The apartment was old and dirty.

Lotte Mart (the biggest shopping center in Vung Tau) is 3 minutes walk. 5 minutes to Back Beach. Also Le Hong Fong street is one of the major in VT and have everything we need. 28th floor with nice view on town and hills above it. You could watch sun sets from full size windows. AC in every room. Drinking water supply included. Owner is helpful and helped to sort all our needs.

Some sink faucets and shower heads are dated and it's time for them to go.
