Good location, near to family and friends. Parking outside plus other free parking nearby. Beds very comfortable.

It had everything you needed but it was a bit worn and needed some maintenance. But it was good for a couple of nights. We didn’t spend much time there as we had family gatherings to attend.

Good location to local amenities and any 25 minutes from meadowhall. We had a short stay. House was generally clean but tired. Attention could be paid to the fridge, cupboards and windows but I'm being picky. If a short trip is all you need then this place is perfect. Beds clean and comfortable. Living room also clean and comfy. Garden requires gutting and there was no hair dryer. Would I stay there again, absolutely. Good value for money and felt safe.

Very good bus routes it was easy to get in and out of the place and it was generally a nice getaway for four days and the staff were very helpful when I asked questions they replied within minutes

There was more than enough room for us, the property was clean. The location was perfect for where we wanted to stay.

The bedsheets felt a bit worn out but that’s it really.

Who ever had been cleaning there only did a basic wipe down work tops clean and put a bit of bleach down the toilet, shower plug hadn’t been cleaned for weeks (I clean holiday homes so I know that had not been cleaned for a while) fridge hadn’t been cleaned and neither had the dishwasher
