The table glass was broken and left there that was dangerous . The air conditioner didnโt seem to work it was cold the entire time snd there were no blankets ๐ข

Booking in time of 2 pm was not possible as the apartment was being cleaned. Staff member made excuses, one being load shedding which did not occur that day. He eventually left at 3:45 pm. I had to dry towels as they had been washed and left in the washing machine. In hindsight, I will never book again where I cannot cancel. Wifi didn't work and TV in main bedroom is purely for decoration as it is not connected. Awaiting my 10% refund for inconvenience as discussed with the agent. So much for service!

ZAZAZANothing, Absolutely bad experience
We walked into the room around 5pm, were check in was at 2pm and the cleaner was still there cleaning and the room was in a terrible state. The place was smelling , dirty towels lying around, bedding was not put on, mop on the floor etc , we called the owner and said we want a refund as the room was not ready and we have a small baby which is not hygienic and its already 5pm and the cleaner is there, they said they cannot give us a refund. They said unless they get someone else to book the place we will not get a refund. We had to stay in a dirty place for the night. We do not recommend this place to anyone as they are not accomdating and not terrible customer service. They even said the rate is cheap for the place, but that was advertised on Booking.com..!!!!!!
