The location and property too, it is new and clean.

The property itself is clean. Also this is a new condo. We stayed 18 days in this place There is a grocery store and pan de manila, coffee shop in the ground floor area. Ate Dominga is very helpful also.

It is a brand new unit that is well appointed in a new Hi-Rise complex, so you can cook and eat in if you prefer, or buy takeaway, bring it back and reheat it, or just eat out. Checking-in was super easy, the building staff and security that first greet you are all really polite, friendly and readily provide assistance if needed (even if it is just for quick directions - or a basic question), I was then warmly greeted by the host Domie, she had gone to great length to meticulously prepare and present the apartment for me, with some lovely small treats as an extra welcome. Domie is extremely polite and easy to reach if you happen to need something. The bed was lovely and comfortable, the unit is quite high up, so you get very little traffic noise and a quiet night sleep. There is a small balcony that you can venture onto that gives you a pretty good view of part of this huge city. There are restaurants and shops close by (right next door actually). There is lots to see and explore in every direction, I don't think you will be disappointed! A lovely apartment.

A minor issue with the air-conditioner (these things happen, everything is brand new, and sometimes you encounter small teething problems).
