apartment had a bad odour when we entered - toilet paper was not replenished on daily basis -there no air freshner for toilets -thete should've been bathroom carpets as it can get messy -games rooms the golf R50 a game is Really not on....deposit is fine but per game is not on... -so Many guest games room too small also time limit

Facilities were great.

We received a very harsh email for having an extra guest which was a child and was going to share a bed with us. We did not overcrowd the apartment so did not warrant that harsh email.

We love the estate. Super beautiful and great vacation vibes. Love that the pool is on your doorstep at Tortuga. This villa was neat and tidy on arrival. The ensuite room is beautiful and spacious , great view of the pool and ducks pop by to have a swim every now and again. Gas braai was great for loadshedding blues. There is a rechargeable light provided. The under cover parking was good too.

When we arrived , everything looked beautiful and clean but had a smell, a somewhat dampness smell. The dryer did not work and with the rain, it was difficult washing towels and drying them. Our villa was forgotten during the cleaning rounds. We had to call twice to find out. The lady did bring staff and clean it in the afternoon, she was friendly and helpful. It wasn't the stay we are used to getting.

There was no power the whole weekend, there is no Wifi .Monkey’s entered our room and took our food.
