This particular unit is awesome. One gets a spectacular view of the ocean, as well as jumping dolphins, and feels the sound and breeze as the unit is right at the beach. The roughly 400-meter-long beach in front of the Perissa-Santorini is also very nice. The two big rocks situated at both ends kind of make it a private beach for the complex. Additionally, the complex is also directly connected to Thompsons Bay Beach. The complex is big, and walking around was nice. The unit is spacious and very well furnished. Having a washer and dryer makes life easy for families with kids. There are three balconies and an excellent sea view from all bedrooms. The owner is very friendly and always promptly responds to every request. We will surely revisit.

Toller Blick, sehr schöne Einrichtung, gute Küche, genug Platz. Tägliche Reinigung inkl. Spülen und Betten machen.

bei Ankunft sehr viel oberflächlicher Schimmelbefall insbesondere in den Bädern, der wurde zwar am nächsten Morgen gut entfernt, aber tägliches gutes Lüften ist unerlässlich, teilweise moderiger Geruch. Air Condition/Heizung defekt, kleine Standheizung als Ersatz wurde besorgt.

Location and unit was great! Once we reported the problems it was fixed timely.

The unit was not spotless on our arrival .. the Webber braai , the safe and a verandah door lock needed attention. The outside cushions need a wash urgently and we had to pay an additional R550 for face recognition to enter the property and beach which was never mentioned when we made the booking.

The close access to the beach and the security. It is closer to nice restaurants.
