Arribarem, la porta del parking estava precintada. Entrarem caminant, no hi havia roba de llit, ni coixins, ni tovalloles. Cridarem a la persona resposable, tenia el mòbil apagat. Vam haver de buscar altra cosa. Eren més de les 9pm. Després de escriure-li moltes vegades, tingué la vergonya de dir que havien tingut un problema tècnic i que no podrien atendre'ns. Més de les 9pm! I no ens avisa abans! Vergonyós!!

Mieszkanie poziomowe ,znajduje się na piętrze w starej kamienicy w samym centrum Starego Miasta. Wszędzie blisko, mnóstwo barów i restauracji.

Brak papieru toaletowego, rano nie było wody przez godzinę, cieknący kran pod zlewem, mieszkanie z potencjałem ale mocno zaniedbane, brudno. Na 1 noc ok, ale na dłużej to słabo. Wejście do lokalu bo bardzo śliskich i nie odśnieżony schodach. Parking na auto nie odśnieżony, przy ilości zamarzniętego śniegu bylo bardzo ciężko wjechać.

The apartment is quite worn and needs maintenance. There was no hot water, even after waiting 10–20 minutes. The apartment was booked for 6 people, but only 3 blankets were provided, blankets (150×200 cm) are not double-size, so they are not suitable for two people sharing, and an extra blanket cost €15 and was available only the next day, leaving some guests without blankets the first night. There was a very unpleasant sewage smell in the bathroom, which also spread into the room. Communication with the host was very slow, making it difficult to resolve issues during the stay.
