Perfect location, amazing staff.

Furniture falling appart,

Great, spacious, and very well-equipped apartment right in the center, next to the main square. Great contact with the owner, we got all the assistance we needed. This is a perfect place for a stay with the family. The kids loved the attic room. I highly recommend this apartment.

Great location, nicely furnished, responsive staff.

Air conditioning in main room leaked, one of the air conditioning remotes didn’t work, the bedroom curtain fell down if touched, the shower was leaky.

Location, quite clean

No hot water in the shower despite we followed the instructions, unclear instructions to find the appartment (a map would be more informative), not enough blankets, a used band-aid in one of the bedrooms.

it is not two bedrooms, when one romm is without walls and doors.... and double duvets on both double beds do not work..

Apartment was really nice and cozy, spacious. Location was great, everything in the old town was walking distance (at least everything we needed). Apparently apartment is administrated by a company in which apparently no one speaks Lithuanian it's neither - or a + it just might be useful for someone local that will be renting and doesn't speak any foreign languages.

We were with a car and according to the host you need to leave car in front of the gate then go collect keys from inside the yard where is the control to open the gates. I understand the logic but entrance is in a very narrow (only one car fits) one way street, there is no way you can leave a car there. It is in an old town, so even for 5 minutes I don't think you will find free parking that easily . Luckily I wasn't alone so my friend picked the keys and I was ready to move the car at any point which I had to so drove in circles. If you are ordering something there to be delivered - do not use actual address. Use restaurant nearby and just go outside to pick it up, otherwise it's really complicated.

Perfect location, self check in/check out

The apartment was really hard to find, the instructions photos do not correspond to the way on the car. There was no enough room to park the car, we had to occupy the place for disability people. The furniture does definitely need to be updated. There was no bed linens for fifth person. The floor was dirty and there was some smell in the bathroom.
