I recently stayed at Blue Horizon and had a wonderful experience overall. The staff were incredibly friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amenities were excellent. Love the view and top roof pool.

I was disappointed to find trash with flies and worms under the kitchen sink when we checked in. We immediately called housekeeping, and they promptly came to clean it up. This issue was quite off-putting, but the quick response from housekeeping was appreciated. I hope the management can ensure better cleanliness for future guests. One thing I didn't like was the 10:00am checkout time, which felt too early. It would be great if this could be changed to at least 11:00am to be more in line with others. Despite this, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend Blue Horizon to others.
