The anpr barrier had problems we could not pass a couple of times, there was no signs or road markings to tell you where you were, took us quite a while to find the accomadation, apart from this the young lady in reception was polite and very helpful

Like the location it was near for work business travel. It was spacious. There was plenty of bedding and pillows which was great, towels in bathroom and toilet and there was fairy liquid etc toilet roll all that was there and cleaning liquids. Lovely decking and furniture outside plenty of places to sit parking right at side of caravan is very good. Fridge was clean and working fine. Had kettle toaster, microwave and full oven etc.

It was freezing at night even with heating on max and at one point it would not come on low pressure in boiler. I know it was November but still the heating should be better than it was.The box outside near front kept me awake both nights banging due to wind it be good if there was a padlock I could of used to keep it shut. Anything I put on top blew off when lid lifted slightly. I had to wash dishes, glasses, a few plates and cutlery as they still had hard dried food on them or were dirty with grease. I sorted out the cupboards and put items were they are more functional instead of being in every cupboard. One blind was tatty and ripped on edge and in double bedroom I could not sleep in there it was freezing, the heating did not come on in there double room or it was luke warm and on blind and curtains there was black mould so I wasn't going to breathe that in as I have Asthma. The bin in bathroom is cracked in bottom there was 3 small long dents in one bedroom door i noticed as soon as I walked in. I had to move hoover into a spare bedroom as it was placed in front of TV. All the kids games were all mixed up pieces on floor around lounge area i found sorted them all out and put on floor next to table not on top of unit where it made it look messy. The DVDS were all mixed up I put them in correct cases. General tidy and clean before I could relax. There was an Ashtray on decking outside full of old cigarettes and rainwater. It be an idea of sending a map or put on your pictures if you have any and ring where caravan is as it took me 35 mins to find and no one around to ask. I went on Google in the end but it was confusing as some entrances had barriers up. It's quite old fashioned and decor could do with a freshen up more modern curtains and bedding and matching at least.

Good location great communication with host.good value for money.

Location was good. Shower was good and WiFi good.

Strong smell of cigarette smoke when we first went in. No tea towel or dishcloth or washing up sponge.

Our Host was fab and the caravan was well equipped.

While the caravan was mostly clean, it needed to be aired for the first few hours due to a smell we couldn't locate.

Location was great, bathrooms were spacious and it was clean.

The electric did trip if you watched TV and had the hair dryer on but can be re-switched on.
