The beds too hard

Great rustic vibe. Hot tub was awesome.

Bed was hard. Memory foam that made a hollow while you slept. Very thin blanket. Huge hard pillows. Had to use two portable heaters as gas heater couldn’t keep chalet warm enough.

Great cabin for a family of 4! The owner was very accommodating and responds promptly to messages.

This was our first experience with this booking site. It was difficult to contact them directly.

The property was beautiful and peaceful! Hot tub had changing lights with outside patio lights. Very close to Pigeon Forge, which was great for us. The Beds were so comfortable! The interior was also just breathtaking. Would definitely book again.

If you didn’t grow up country then you won’t be use to the well water but it didn’t bother us.

Excellent value! Had no real problems, but the host was in contact with me. If I did, I am sure they would have resolved it.

I didn't like all the spiders. We never saw any inside, so no complaints. Just remember you are in the woods you will encounter many of them.

Very nice cabin, cute decor, nice location, great host! Replies quickly and is friendly, very pleasant to deal with. Bed was comfortable, more of a medium firmness memory foam. Hard beds hurt me but this did not. Coffee bar setup was nicely stocked with vanilla creamer & flavors for your coffee. The complimentary chamomile face/skin bar & makeup remover sheet packets were definitely appreciated since I forgot to bring mine! The hot tub was nice to use as well. Cute little area for small bonfire outside with chairs but didn't use it. Hot tub was nice in the morning when it was cooler out & it sets in a screened in porch area connected to side of the cabin. Was about 12 minutes from our planned excursions in Sevierville, closer than I expected.

TVs may need updated. They are flat screen & do have Netflix, among other apps but required several tries to get it to play without crashing on the Netflix app. Didn't try the other apps. Not a big deal, I mean, who goes to such a beautiful place just to watch tv?
