Preveza - The house by the sea

Amazing place, perfectly clean and much better than the pictures shows.

Ein schönes Haus in einer super Lage direkt am Strand, der durch den Garten über ein Hintertor zu erreichen ist. Die Gastgeberin Tina war total nett und sorgte sofort für Hilfe, als wir aus Eigenverschulden Kuddelmuddel mit einer Balkontür hatten.

There are not enough words to describe our vacation here. Villa perfect located to seashore with direct access to beach. Very big yard and garden with a lot of shade to relax in. Rooms comfortable and very clean. Tina, the owner, waited for us with a lot of treats from the house. Thank you, Tina for your kindness and everything. Beach is sandy with easy access in the water. Very pitoresque surroundings. At the villa we found also two bikes that owner allowed us use them to explore the surroundings. For sure we will return her because everyone felt perfect.

The house and yard are exceptional. We felt relaxed as if we were in our own home. We had everything we needed and even more. Tina is a wonderful and very kind hostess. The beach is great, and it's right outside the yard. We would definitely like to come to this place again.

Our family of 4 and another couple stayed for a week in the House by the sea. The hosts were kind and very helpful. The house was impeccably clean and equipped with all essentials. The rooms are cozy and the yard is large with shades all day around. The house has direct access from the yard to the beach. The house has a large porch where we enjoyed the breeze all day long. It was our most relaxing vacation!

We had a wonderful stay in the House by the sea! It 's very cosy, well equipped house where each detail is unique and you feel like you are at your home. It has a private access to the beach with fine sand, huge terraces with sea view and shadow, a garden with olive trees and pines. And last but not least, the host Tina gave us the warmest welcome we ever had. Starting from the greeting card with her best wishes upto the cold drinks and the pack of supper she prepared for us as we were supposed to arrive late in the evening. I really recommend this place and hope to come back again!
