Great location STUDIO1 on the first floor, 24h self check-in

Very polite host, easy and clear check in instructions.

The location of the flat is very central, which is a big advantage, and there is plenty of free parking available nearby. However, there were several aspects that could be improved. The Teflon pan was not usable as the coating was significantly worn, and the kettle appeared burnt, so I avoided using it. The walls are quite thin, and combined with the fact that the flat is on a main road, it can be noisy light sleepers may want to consider bringing earplugs. In terms of cleanliness and comfort, the shower screen would benefit from a more thorough clean, particularly around the bottom edges. The bed sheets were quite creased, which gave the impression they may not have been freshly prepared. The washing machine was filled with laundry, so it wasn't available for use during my stay. I also needed to make the bed myself, which is not something I typically experience when using Airbnb. Finally, the layout is quite compact, and in particular, the bathroom door does not open fully, which can be a bit inconvenient.

Vieta ideali prieš skrydi, praleisti naktį, jei skrydis anksti ryte. Studija- buvusio bendrabučio tipo pastate, kiemas baisus, nors paraleliai Savanoriu prospektas. Pati studija labai svari, nors ir labai maža, bet vienam zmogui, o gal ir 2 permiegoti idealu. Šalia autobusu stotele i Karmėlavos oro uostą , visai netoli Maxima ir maitinimo įstaigos joje. Prieš skrydi rinkčiausi šia studija vėl, nors buvo karsta patalpoje ir lango atsidaryti nesinorėjo, nes pirmas aukstas ir triukšminga nuo intensyvaus eismo Savanoriu prospektu. Kaina labai priimtina dėl 8-10 val pasisvečiavimo .
