2 bedroom house in Rhos-on-sea

Great location, nice quiet area yet still very close to the town centre and beach front. Private parking and yard space. Good facilities (kitchen, bathroom etc) including access to the washing machine if needed. The house was very clean throughout.

Double bed wasn’t particularly comfortable and the duvet was really thick. Four of us stayed (3 girls with long hair), the smoke alarm went off every time we showered as the ventilation isn’t great as right outside the bathroom door.

Absolutely fantastic place for a family to stay, all of the essentials plus some more, clean, tidy and spacious. We'd have quite gladly moved in! The private outdoor area is a nice bonus also. I loved the fact we had access to a washing machine, clothes drying rack and items for our baby (travel cot, stairgate, highchair).

The only thing I have to suggest is thicker duvets on the single beds and perhaps some bath towels but that's minor, everything else was spot on.

The seagulls! We live near the coast as well but we've never heard gulls make such a racket,especially during the night & early morning!!

Next door is a bit of an eye sore on view, missing an oven glove and the double bed was uncomfortable. The one side made you slide into the middle

Very clean spacious and location was perfect. Beds were very comfortable loved the outside space great for the children

Quiet location close to beach. Spot on for us.

Easy access to the beach . Sea views from the living room over the roof tops ( inside down house) New furniture and soft furnishings .

Sadly the property next door is a little run down and access is shared. Drive way is quite narrow if you have a large car.

Excellent location near the seafront and close to the local facilities and Llandudno, free parking outside the door, quiet area, no passing traffic, great for a beach day with the kids, would recommend in fact have already recommended to my family and friends
