No staff present outside pub hours.No emergency contact number..No food,no WiFi,furniture basic,rooms up 4or5 flights of stairs.Shower grout needed cleaned or regrouted.

The room was located high up the building with a lot of stairs so difficult to transport luggage. The venue didn’t do food and there were a total lack of cafes and sit down restaurants in Randalstown so hard to find anywhere to eat.
