La ubicación es EXCELENTE. Estrategicamente ubicado. Apenas a una cuadra de plaza mayor, lo que hace que sea su mayor virtud. Vas caminando a todos lados.

El apartamento es muy chico y tiene desniveles con escalones, lo cual lo hace bastante peligroso. El baño es extremadamente pequeño, igual q la habitación, tanto que no se puede ni abrir las valijas en la habitación (un carrion). Te dejan una botella de 50 ml de detergente que ni espuma hace para lavar los platos. No hay NADA extra, ni un poco de sal para ponerle a un sándwich, cosa que generalmente hay en otros apartamentos. En las fotos se ve mas lindo de lo q es. La cama MUY incomoda, colchón con un pozo en el medio

Location good however came with noise from street below late at night.

Sofa bed in living room very uncomfortable to use as a sofa. No plug for bathroom sink.

The location was terrific. Around the corner from Plaza Mayor and Puerta del Sol and a short walk from the Royal Palace. The apartment was very clean and modern with everything that would be required available

The sofa and chairs were not comfortable. The sofa was especially uncomfortable for my back as it had completely sunken in. Whilst the location is terrific, it was very noisy into the early hours of the morning. The streets outside had bars and restaurants that remained open till late and also had members of the public passing through the street singing and talking loudly. The noise would continue until 3am, which if you are a light sleeper, will definitely be an issue.

The location of this apartment is amazing, situated right in the heart of Sol and within a very short walking distance from Plaza Mayor in Madrid. Despite its small size, the apartment has everything you need efficiently fitted into one room, with a bathroom that is fine for a family. It is well furnished and everything was clean upon arrival. The apartment is airy and nice, with lots of windows and two balconies, which we loved.

There were several drawbacks. Although the room is small, it has a lot of leveled steps all around, marked with red tape because they are confusing to navigate, especially at night when you are not familiar with the place. We were worried about the kids falling and had some close calls. The AC in the room was the worst we've ever seen; it was dirty, with black things inside it that looked like mold, and the external unit looked like it hadn't been cleaned in 10 years. We were very grossed out by it and, since the weather was nice, we opted to open the windows instead of using the AC. This issue needs to be addressed because it makes the apartment look bad as soon as you start using the AC. Despite these issues, we spent most of our time outside the apartment and only returned at night, which minimized the impact of these problems.

The location was unbeatable! The staff was also very helpful when I forgot my keys. They were able to send someone to help me right away.

The elevated floor near the kitchen was a little challenging. Dangerous trip hazard until you get used to it.
