Motel 6 Mesquite, TX Town East

It’s was an overall pretty good stay, my rooms was clean and everything thing worked pretty good! The only issue I had was the shower drain, it drained really slow. Not sure if it was clogged down in the pipes but the tub would quickly build with water. It is a trucking school kinda thing so they have a lot of students who stay there. Most guest that aren’t in school usually stay on the top floors from what i hear. But overall not too bad for a one night stay

I asked for a handicapped room and at time of leaving it was finally at least acknowledged. The Bed was too high for someone with a disability as was the tub, and the toilet was too low, not to mention the toilet lid had fallen off. And the microwave was left with crumbs, the bed closest to the bathroom had something black all towards the foot of the bed and aluminum foil on the bed, the sink had spit in it and the floor was pure filthy, i in fact threw away 2 pairs of socks because of the filth on the bottom of them, and it’s supposed to be smoke free rooms but someone had definitely been smoking both cigarettes and wacky stuff they put out on your little wall where they left the price sticker.
