SGThe location was good - it was near to the airport in Ipoh and the township by car. The house was very spacious and comfortable for a family of six, with more than sufficient space within the compound to park a MPV. The neighbourhood was quiet and safe.
The cleanliness of the facilities was high. However, the following could be improved: (1) the floor traps in a couple of bathrooms could have been cleaned better to prevent water ponding; and, (2) a few pieces of crockery in the drawer could have been washed cleaner before storage. The staff was generally helpful. However, it would be better if message(s) on the payment of the security deposit was not communicated via text message close to midnight on the day before check-in. More response time should be given to factor in travel time to the property by flight and by car on the day of check-in.
MYHad a great stay at this homestay. The homestay was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The space was thoughtfully arranged and spacious enough to accommodate large groups, comfortably fitting 13–14 people. All necessary amenities were provided, and the location was very convenient, making it easy to get around. Overall, it was a pleasant and hassle-free stay. Highly recommended for families or group stays.

MYMYThe house is in immaculate condition (clean, beautiful with complete amenities). It can fit large family. We went 10pax and it can fit more. They even provide extra mattress and pillow. The location is right at the center of ipoh Town. I'm coming back here whenever I'm in Ipoh.
