Booking.com had the wrong key safe number. Had to call the owner to come & bring key. Would have liked a TV in apartment.

The curtains, cushion covers and bed linen were good quality. The location is very central. The bedrooms are a good size and the beds were comfortable.

The listing was titled "Swanky & Luxurious". We found it over priced and underwhelming. Tiny kitchen, crowded dining space and only enough seating for 4 except at the dining table. No TV, and no mention of this in the info, or we would have brought a laptop. Threadbare rugs. Noisy fridge and bathroom extractor fan. Traffic noise very loud in bedroom at front. Views dismal. Sofa stained. Pillows sound like crisp packets. "Free toiletries" were basic and mismatched. Hardly luxurious. Duvets and matress cover are cheap. Sheets unironed. Stairs very noisy/creaky. Outside security/safety light not working. Shoe free downstairs, despite being vinyl flooring that was cold underfoot. All radiators were switched off at the walls so the flat was very cold on arrival. No sheers in bedroom, so you either have to have them fully closed or you are on full view to other properties. No full length mirror at all and only one bedroom has somewhere to sit & do hair or make up. No directions on the kitchen bin "system". Welcome pack/local guide is just two cheap plastic slips with printed info in them. No info on local supermarkets or pharmacies etc. Towels rough and no hand towel in bathroom. Artwork over used. Generally very disapointed with the standards given that we were sold this as "luxurious & swanky" as well as "spacious". It is none od those things, and to charge £250+ for a single night is outrageous.

Really lovely, bright and clean. Plenty of space for us and loved the amazing artwork. Excellent stay thank you.

Spotlessly clean, super comfy beds (Team GM mattresses) with nice linens, well equipped kitchen, and stylish bathroom with plenty of hot water for baths & showers (nice towels too). Smartly decorated with a great eye for design. Hosts shared lots of useful info before arrival. Recommended.

The house was very clean throughout. Lovely location, easy parking. Host went above and beyond, supplying lovely soft fresh towels and also including amenities for showering. Its the little things that go a long way. Will certainly be returning.

Great location for walks from Uckfield, to the High Street, for train and bus access. Accommodation was great - clean, spacious, relaxing. Hosts were very accommodating, responsive and helpful.
