WHAT CAN YOU LIKE FROM THIEVES AND A POORLY RAN BUSINESS?

SCAMMERS!!!!! Removed Keys so we weren't able to check in. When we inquired, management rudely shouted down the phone and told us it weren't their problem and to sort it out with booking.com. They told a bareface lie to booking.com that we had the keys and were able to stop there for the duration of the stay, knowing very well that it weren't the case. We lost out on nearly £261 in addition to finding another place to stay at the last minute. Day light robbers. Absolutely disgusting! Liars, exploiters, and thieves.
