The housekeeper were so rude especially 1 woman, she came at the door 10 min before the checkout time.

GBGBIt was big and had space so here wasn’t a complain there but the hygiene in there was disgusting I had to clean the cupboards my self when we was in there I had to re clean all the cups plates and dishes as they was stuck to he cupboards when trying to get them out it was disgusting there was a used condom behind the washing machine there was dust everywhere dirty marks and stains over the sheets and towels I had to ask for a mop and bleach as there wasn’t one in the room when I moped I had to mop about 10 times as the floor was dirty and disgusting the sides looked like they wasn’t cleaned for 3 years

GBThe staff are very rude and disrespectful the first day I check out late I paid £25 extra and the next day I left 10 min late and the ban me from the property which it’s not fear just because the staff was being really rude to me and then act like a victim
