Posizione davvero strategica. Appartamento ubicato in zona centrale e ben servita da mezzi pubblici (linea 11 da Piazza Amendola vicino a Stazione Centrale). Alloggio confortevole, arredato, dotato di wifi funzionante e di elettrodomestici vari per la cucina.

Per la chiusura dell'appartamento dall'interno, non c'è la serratura ma solo un fermaporta . La chiave funziona solo per la chiusura e l'apertura dell'appartamento dall'esterno. Per accedere all'appartamento (che si trova in un palazzo senza ascensore), occorre salire a piedi due rampe di scale abbastanza strette, per cui può essere meno agevole per chi viaggia con un bagaglio pesante/ingombrante o se ci sono problemi di deambulazione.
