Good location, easy access off the M5 and a short walk from the Hawthorns railway station so quick to get to the city centre. The flat was clean and very spacious, with a comfortable bed and nice bathroom. The host was very communicative.

The television didn't work and the remote control was missing. I would have appreciated being able to check in early but there was an extra charge for that, despite no-one having occupied the flat the previous night.

we opened the lock for the keys and the keys were not there and we had to wait 30 mins for someone to come give us the keys and had to assume we got scammed
