Modern clean fixtures and fittings.

The sofa is quite uncomfortable to sit and watch TV. After a long day of walking, something a little more relaxing is needed. A coffee machine is advertised in the listing, however this is not accurate.

Clean and comfortable. Comfortable bed and nice shower Great location for the village and plenty of walks. Off street parking was easy Highly recommend Ollys Pizzeria

A bigger sofa could have been included to add to comfort of the living area

Great location for local services and exploring Nidderdale. Apartment was pristine, well equipped and finished to a very high standard.

Two things: 1) The noise from the extraction plant from the pizzeria behind and the petrol station / supermarket opposite was horrendous, especially when the pizza kitchen fired up. Even with windows and doors closed and earplugs in it was intrusive. 2) The sofa was more like an austere church pew than a comfy seat - not at all relaxing or comfortable.

Location perfect, accommodation spot on

No official car parking to the accommodation. we asker the staff if we could use the supermarket car parking

Struggled to access the key as we had not received the code. Had to call several times and asked to leave message until eventually someone answered and we requested the code.

It served our purpose once we were in, thank you. Lady who came to see us was very pleasant, thank you

Very noisy traffic, lorries very early in the morning, quite a lot of shouting in the area. We spent 3/4 of an hour trying to get in, phoned Booking .com 5 times & was cut off each time, eventually spoke to a gentleman who was very helpful & eventually they gave us the right code. Not a good start to our break.

Perfect location, very central close to shops, cafes and amenities. Decor abd furnishing done to a very high standard. We'll equipped for a self catering break.

It was great the only thing I would improve would be a larger more comfortable sofa and the TVi was mounted a little high on the wall but that us being picky of me.. Also we did manage to park pretty close by but I would imagine in high season you could possibly struggle but there's always a public carpark not too far away .

the room is small but cozy, bed was comfortable.

The sofa is very uncomfortable to sit on, making it difficult to relax in the living room. The host charges extra money for taking your deposit (the admin charge when they refund your deposit, sounds ridiculous I know) that's not advertised on booking.com. I was furious about this and basically spent over an hour reasoning with them to get the money back.
