IMAGINE HAVING A CONFIRMED BOOKING..ASKING FOR DIRECTIONS AFTER TRAVELLING 70 MILES FROM HOME...CANNOT BE REACHED BY PHONE......NEVER AGAIN.....I AM NOW TRYING TO FIND SOMEWHERE ...IN THIS NIGHT..TO STAY.....
